Ordering & Shipping:
Thank you for your interest in ordering from Adcraft. Placing an order is easy.

  1. You may begin by clicking on the “Request a Quote” button. A sales representative will respond with a quote immediately.
  2. You may phone, fax, or email with the details of your order. We will need to know the product style, color, size quantities, and design information. Artwork can be emailed in .jpg, .wmf (Windows Metafile) or .eps (if .wmf is not an option). Art sent as vectorized in Corel or Adobe Illustrator can be used without assessing an artwork fee. Other forms of art like a .jpeg can be used only as a visual which requires us to recreate (vectorize) the art and charge an artwork fee. If we are designing the artwork for you, please provide as much detail as possible. You will receive a proof of your artwork by fax or email in about 2 to 3 days. When you receive your artwork you will then need to call, email or fax us to approve the design. We will not print your order until we receive your approval.
  3. Submit payment details for your order. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and company or personal checks. For new customers, a credit card number will be taken to secure the order. Once your order is printed, you will receive a full invoice for your order. At this time you can pay cash on delivery, your credit card will be charged, or you can mail a check payment to us within 7 days. Established customers can contact us about possible payment on terms.

Orders from outside the Clinton and Quad City areas will be shipped by UPS and an invoice will follow by mail. Orders may be picked up from the Clinton or Davenport , Iowa store locations or delivery service is available.
